to see payment, cancellation and refund policy

To receive a refund of any portion of tuition fees, you must give EZi English Education Centre written notice that you intend to withdraw from the program in which you have enrolled.

If you cancel in writing before your program starts , Easy English Education Centre will retain the following fees:

1. Less than 7 days after your registration is submitted and before the program start date 
--- the lesser of 25% of the total fees.
2. 30 days or more before the program start date --- 25% of total fees due.
3. Less than 30 days before the program start date --- 40% of total fees due.

If you cancel in writing or are dismissed from EZi English Education Centre after your program starts , EZi will retain the following tuition fees according to the percentage completed of the total program of your study's duration:

1. Less than 10% completed --- 50% of total fees due. 
2. 10-30% of program completed --- 40% of total fees due.
3. More than 30% of program completed --- No refund.

If you are eligible for a refund under the conditions above, you will receive the refund within 30 days of EZi receiving written notice of cancellation or EZi's notice to you of dismissal.
